What Squad Is

A premium hybrid coaching stream combining personalised programming with a weekly coached session.
Every athlete follows their own plan inside a structured small‑group environment - not a one size fits all class.

Monday Squad Schedule

  • 3:00–4:30pm — Strength Foundations (cap 4)

  • 4:30–6:00pm — Performance Group (cap 5)

  • 6:00–7:30pm — General Strength/Mixed (cap 4–5)

Hard caps protect coaching quality, pacing, and the training environment.

What’s Included

  • Personalised weekly programming

  • Weekly check‑ins with technique feedback

  • One 90‑minute coached session every Monday afternoon

  • Optional add on - 45 minute technique sessions ($100 + GST/session)

How You Join

Every athlete begins with the Gen Strength Strategy Session
After your session, you’re placed into the Squad session that best matches your training age, pace, and goals.

Waitlist System

If your preferred session is full, you’ll be added to a formal waitlist and offered the next available spot.
Movement between squad session levels occurs at block transitions usually at the 8-12 week mark.
