Hybrid Coaching is our premier delivery model, designed to sit directly inside the Generation Strength System. It is built for lifters who want the flexibility of training on their own schedule, combined with the technical refinement that only comes from in-person coaching.

What's Included

Our Hybrid Coaching model provides a comprehensive support system to ensure you are always progressing. You will receive a customized training block tailored specifically to your weak points, competition schedule, and life demands. Once a week, you will join our performance-focused environment in Brisbane for a coached squad session. Here, you get real-time feedback, technique correction, and the energy of a dedicated team. We constantly monitor your progress through the four phases of our system: Foundation, Structure, Preparation, and Performance. Furthermore, you have direct communication with Head Coach Merinda O'Brien for questions, video review, and adjustments.
