What happens in the session?
Movement & Strength Assessment (60–75 minutes)
We look at:
your squat, bench, and deadlift (or key movements for your sport)
your setup, bracing, bar path, and positions
your training history and injury background
your work schedule, stress load, and recovery capacity
simple testing to understand your current training age
You’ll get live cueing so you feel immediate changes, not just theory.
