Movement & Strength Assessment (60–75 minutes)
We look at:
Your squat, bench, and deadlift and/or the key strong(wo)man events
Your setup, bracing, bar path, and positions
Your training history and injury background
Your work schedule, stress load, and recovery capacity
Simple testing to see where you’re actually at
You’ll get live cueing so you feel immediate changes, not just theory.
