  • Movement & Strength Assessment (60–75 minutes)

    We look at:

    • Your squat, bench, and deadlift and/or the key strong(wo)man events

    • Your setup, bracing, bar path, and positions

    • Your training history and injury background

    • Your work schedule, stress load, and recovery capacity

    • Simple testing to see where you’re actually at

    You’ll get live cueing so you feel immediate changes, not just theory.

    • Your next 16 weeks mapped out

    • Key technical priorities for each lift
